Ice cream sandwich is one of the most familiar dessert for Indonesians. During the older days many of us enjoyed having traditionally made ice cream served inside a folded old-fashioned piece of bread. The Freezy Fabulous was founded in 2013 to preserve the yummy ice cream sandwich memory many of us still have but in a much more tastier way !

Later we introduce also Egg Waffle, a spherical egg-based waffle, the most popular Hong Kong “street snacks” and were ranked Number 1 in a 100 most popular Hong Kong street snack listing. Not only a plain Egg Waffle, but it is combined with ice cream to make it even more tastier.

EGG WAFFLE

Egg Waffle is a spherical egg-based waffle popular in Hong Kong and Macau. It is an eggy leavened batter cooked between two plates of semi-spherical cells. They are usually served hot, and often eaten plain, although they may be served with flavors such as chocolate chips, cheese, oreo and ovomaltine. Egg waffles are among the most popular Hong Kong “street snacks” and were ranked No.1 in a 100 most popular HK street snack listing. They have been a favored street snack since their emergence in the 1950s.
